best for rough, mossy,uneven ground?

0

HiMark,
I have “inherited” two medium/largeish sized lawns that are patchy with moss & varying degrees of grass thickness caused by having chickens ranging wild on them. I’m in my 70s so only want to keep the grass areas relatively short & a bit tidier. I don’t want to get into moss removal or scarifying so I presume that rules out a flymow option due to the moss? I would prefer a cordless, self propelled mower that isn’t too heavy to manoeuvre at the end of a run. I would consider electric if there are no other options. Can you advise please?

Many thanks
Ronnie

Hi Ronnie, thanks for your message. The issue with self propelled cordless mowers is that self propulsion is designed for larger heavier cordless mowers. Depending on the size of your lawn and if you have any steep inclines, you may find that a lighter non self propelled cordless mower may be more suitable for you. Particularly when taking the mower to and from its storage location. Some of the self propelled cordless mowers I could recommend are very heavy, not to mention quite costly. But since you asked, I included 2 links below -

1. Cordless self propelled - https://tidd.ly/4i2wiVZ
Discount Code of 5% code EASYLAWN5

2. Cordless lightweight mower - https://tidd.ly/3xSxBFR
Discount Code of 10% code EASY10

Hope this helps, Mark
