Bubble wrap inside LawnMaster 32cm Cordless Lawnmower CLM2432K

Hi Mark,
I have recently bought the LawnMaster 32cm Cordless Lawnmower CLM2432K and have noticed there is a bubble wrap inside the mower where the battery goes; basically when you open the battery compartment at the bottom there is like a small foam that if you remove you will find bubble wrap . Have you encountered this in this model?? I’m unable to remove it. Thanks

Hi, No I have not encountered this with the LawnMaster mowers I have tested.

Is the mower still working with the battery inserted?

I will contact LawnMaster and ask if they have any idea what this is.

Hi Mark- thank you for your prompt reply. I have contacted Cleva for a clarification about this but surely they won’t expect me to believe this otherwise NOT GOOD at all. actually for a formal complaint. This is their email…Hi Pedro,Thank you for your email,I have just spoken with the technician and the buttle wrap and the foam are designed to be in the mower apologises as we were not informed of this,Are you able to fit the foam back in to the slot please,Kind Regards, Deb Customer services,
