Cobra vs Einhell cordless mower
| ♥ 0 | Hi Mark, Thanks so much for this website, it is excellent. Our petrol mower has died and we are looking to replace it with a cordless mower. Based on your reviews, we think the Einhell GE-CM 36/47 S HW or the COBRA MX51S40VX would suit us best. The difference in price is about £100 in favour of the Einhell, but I have read that the rear axle has poor clearance on that mower, and the reviews are more mixed. Could you comment on which of the two you would recommend, or whether in fact there are newer mowers which have superseded them in the same price range (£400-500)? We mostly mow wide paths around our large paddock, which does have twigs and acorns in places. We would also use the mower to establish new lawn areas after strimming, which are then maintained by our Husqvarna robot mower, which we adore. ANSWERED Marked as spam Add comment |
| Private answer Thank you so much for your kind words about my website! In my experience, the Cobra mowers offer better build quality than the Einhell models. Out of all the mowers I have reviewed, I actually use a Cobra on my own front and back lawns because it performs so well and the battery run times are solid. I was particularly impressed when I tested the Cobra MX51S40VX; it is a very capable petrol alternative. You can find my full review and blog post here: https://easylawnmowing.co.uk/cobra-mx51s40vx-review/ I think it would be the better choice for your paddock paths and establishing new lawn areas. All the best, Mark Marked as spam
