Cordless mowers with rear rollers can definitely do a decent job, especially the heavier models. While they aren’t quite as defined or long-lasting in their striping effect as petrol mowers—mainly because they don’t have the same weight or power—they still provide a nice finish on your lawn.

If you want to get a better idea, you can check out my review of the Cobra RM43SP80V, which is a cordless mower with a dedicated rear roller.
