For your 100 sq metre lawn and needing to lift it up 6 steps, I'd suggest considering a smaller, lighter, non-self-propelled model instead.

Why:

- Plenty of power for 100 sq metres
- Much easier to lift and maneuver
- Self-propelled mowers are heavy - negates the benefit when you're lifting up steps
- Only consider self-propelled if you have steep slopes
