Push mowers generally work well for cutting damp grass, especially on fairly flat lawns. The Murray HM 400 is a good option and should handle wet grass fairly well, though cutting very wet or heavy grass might require a slower pace to avoid clogging. Since you'll be using it more in autumn and winter, keeping it clean and well-maintained will help performance. Overall, it should be a good upgrade from your current Webb 12-inch mower.
