2025 change in Yuka models to 1000, 2000, and 3000
Answer Question♥ 0 | Mark, Do you have any insight into the expanded Yuka range for 2025. The line-up is now the 1000, 2000 and 3000 models? The old 1500 model seems to have been rebranded as 1000 but includes additional software updates, the same number of zones, but possibly reduced max mowing area (limited by software?). There is also now a 3000 model with larger battery? and up to 30 zones. When I followed your affiliate link I was surprised to see that the Yuka series had changed / been reorganised which confused me a bit. With an 800m2 lawn, the 1000 is perfect for me, but I was wondering if you had any insight into the new Product line-up for 2025? Regards Graham PS Thank you for your detailed and practical reviews of Robotic Lawnmowers. Your reviews are extremely good and your site introduced me to the Yuka series of mowers and also made me think about the effects of leaves etc which appear to confuse some solely vision based models. We have a lot of trees on the upwind side of our garden and the leaf collector will be real asset. I thought I would draw the change in product numbers to your attention in case you were not aware of it and others get confused this season.. I didn’t find any other website that mentioned the new line-up yet, except Mammotion. Also I noted that on your web site your quick selection questionnaire always selected Yuka models for my requirements +/-, but your text review of 2025 models doesn’t mention them at all and initially confused me. I really appreciate that it must be very difficult to keep abreast of product changes etc, but I thought I would let you know that the model number rebrand confused me and sent me into another spiral of research. I’ve now bought the 1000 model (on advance order) using your affiliate link, and excitingly, I was advised today that its currently being shipped and I now have three tracking numbers (one for mower, one for collector and one for the free set of blades for a pre-order), so the dispatch date looks to be much earlier than the beginning March stated on the order form). I really do want to thank you for your excellent site and in-depth reviews. They gave me all the info I needed to make my decision. In my research I had identified 36 robot mowers that I was thinking about before I came across your site. Your site really helped me focus on a subset and to make my decision. Ultimately, it was the leaves, the slightly negative comments on boundary wires I’ve read elsewhere, and, in the case of the Yuka, the integration of good engineering, technology and customer service which were the key criteria for me in the end. With so many robotic models available on the market now there must be some rationalisation coming to the market and that makes me nervous. Hopefully I’ve picked a winner with Mammotion, we will see! Thanks again for your advice. I will look forward to your future videos Marked as spam Add comment |
