Best Automower for heavily treat area
| ♥ 0 | Hi Mark, I watched one of your videos and really enjoyed it. Went to your website to try to figure out which mower you’re recommending for a heavily treed Lot. I have about a half an acre a lot of it has buildings on it, but it does have some old oak trees that have large canopies. I wasn’t able to figure it out on your website. I am in the US in Texas. | Private answer Hi, thanks for watching the video! For heavily treed areas like yours with those large oak canopies, I'd actually recommend waiting for robotic mowers that use LiDAR technology - this works much better than GPS/RTK systems under tree coverage. Mammotion will be releasing a LiDAR-equipped mower in the US early next year, and based on my experience with GPS and RTK systems struggling under dense tree cover, this would be your best option. Feel free to message me early next year - I'll be doing a test of this mower so you can see it in action before making your purchase decision.
