Yes you can fix the charging station to a concrete floor. There are several methods of doing this, naturally the most obvious would be to drill and screw the station down, however you may not want to damage your floor, so the way I did it was to use very strong double sided Velcro (hook and loop) tape and for me this lasted for 2 seasons before I needed to change it. The advantage of this is that you can lift the charging station and put it away in the winter. Another option that I have used is to use a silicone sealer to secure the base to the floor. Mark
