Choice between Yuka Mini 600 and Navimow i105e
| ♥ 0 | Hi Mark Really appreciate your videos. My garden is about 160 Sq Metres and my choice on price would be the Yuka Mini at about £800 after discount with a garage against the Segway at £949, however from the reviews on Amazon it would seem that sometimes the Yuka is not that reliable and that their customer support is poor. The Segway is a more established brand and their is a local agent is 5 miles from where I live which is influencing me that way. ANSWERED Marked as spam

| Private answer Hi David, Thanks for your kind words about the videos! Personally, I’ve found both the YUKA Mini and the LUBA Mini to be very reliable in my experience. Support-wise, Mammotion offers first-level assistance through the app, which includes a self-help guide and FAQs, so you can often resolve common issues quickly on your own. If needed, you’ll then be connected to a human support representative, and I’ve found their response to be quite satisfactory. I haven’t tested the Segway mower myself, so I can’t directly compare reliability or support. However, having a local agent just 5 miles away is definitely a strong advantage if you value in-person service and quicker turnaround times. Also, it’s worth noting that Mower Magic here in the UK are now authorised Mammotion dealers, so they provide an additional layer of local support for YUKA and LUBA products, which could be very helpful. https://www.mowermagic.co.uk/acatalog/Mammotion-Luba-Robot-Mowers.html Overall, if your budget leans towards the YUKA Mini, it’s a solid choice with reliable performance and decent support, especially considering the local dealer network. But if having that nearby Segway agent gives you extra peace of mind, that’s understandable too. Hope this helps with your decision! Best, Mark Marked as spam |
