Easiest way to clean underneath the yuka mini 800

Hi Mark
We have chatted over YouTube comments.
Used the YUKA for 8hrs now in dry and wet conditions. Hope you don’t mind a couple of Qs?

1. What do you feel is the easiest way to clean the underneath which does get clogged up if it’s wet. I know you cant hose it down!

2nd Q. The iNAVI advances are great. My WIFI is pretty good other than one area. Have I seen a later version of the firmware which combines RTK and iNAVI so it can use both. Seems to be called ‘iNavi NetRTK’ Firmware version 1.13.5.2300.

3rd Q. Can you find a way that lets you remap just one of the zones without losing all the others? I have 6 zones set up and 2 Chanel’s. Dont really want to lose them.
Ideally i would like to add a zone that sits over the top of one of the others built only covers part of it. But of you try to map it says you are already in a task area.
Know if i move the RTK I will. If you use iNavi do you lose the RTK mapping. Or can you go to the settings and just revert to datalink?

Sorry it is a little heavy, appreciate your time and professionalism and really do like the mammotion approach.

Enjoy your Sunday.

Andy

You’re right—hosing it down is not recommended due to electronics and potential water ingress. Here’s the best practice:

Manual Cleaning:
Use a soft brush (like a hand broom or old paintbrush) to remove wet grass and debris.
For stubborn clumps, a plastic scraper (never metal) can help dislodge material without scratching.
A damp (not wet) microfiber cloth can be used to wipe off remaining residue.
For wheels, check for tangled grass and remove by hand.

Compressed Air:
If you have access, a can of compressed air (like for keyboards) can help blow out debris from tight spots.

Drying:
After cleaning, leave the YUKA to dry in a sheltered area before charging or storing.

With regard to iNavi, I believe this is essentially RTK delivered over Wi-Fi or 4g and are not two separate entities. I have not tried switching between iNavi and the RTK station, but will give it a go and report back here. I did switch from RTK to iNavi and if I recall correctly, my maps remained (again I will try this and see what happens)

To be honest I have not tried remapping, but again will give it a go and report back here what can be adjusted and what is lost when doing so.

Thanks
Mark
