Edges
| ♥ 0 | Hello Mark, I’d like to buy a new robotic lawn mower without wires, for a small garden of 600m2, divided in three areas, including a pond surrounded by a cortensteel edge. Which one does te best job in mowing the edges? So with a minimal need for manual trimming the edges? ANSWERED Marked as spam Add comment |
| Private answer For your 600m2 garden with multiple areas, I'd suggest the YUKA Mini from Mammotion - it's a wireless robotic mower that works well for smaller spaces. Link to my review and video to see it in action is below - https://easylawnmowing.co.uk/mammotion-yuka-mini-review/ However, be aware that no robotic mower cuts right up to the edge unless it can physically straddle over the edge. This is especially challenging with your corten steel pond edging, as the mower needs to maintain safe distance to avoid falling in. You'll likely still need some manual edge trimming around the pond and garden borders, regardless of which robotic mower you choose. The YUKA Mini will minimize this need compared to wired models, but perfect edge cutting remains a limitation of current robotic mower technology. Marked as spam |
