HAVE YOU TESTED THE ECOVACS GOAT G1 800

I am considering buying a robot mower and the Ecovacs Goat or the Worx Landroid Vision are my two preferred options, due to high trees on my boundaries GPS mowers are not viable.

Also I have three large beds approx 2m dia in my 500m2 lawn will the vision cut around them or would I need to install magnetic tape around each bed.

I have a small 50m2 lawn to the front of my property, I would hope that both of the mowers I suggested would manage to exit through my gate to this lawn.

I really enjoyed you video on the Worx ,very informative.

Thanks

Hi

No, I have not tried the Ecovacs Goat, I will reach out to them to see if they will loan me one for testing.

Yes, the Worx will navigate around the beds with no magnetic strip as long as it can "see" the difference between the lawn and the bed (soil).

With the GPS, if you position the RTK station up high (on side of house) you can overcome any GPS issues. The mower and the RTK station just need to see the same sky (satellites). The Luba 2 has a camera as well as GPS guided, have you looked at that? I will be doing a video review of the Luba 2 soon.

I don't believe the Worx will navigate between you front and back lawns. I did this with the Luba 1 - Review and video here - https://easylawnmowing.co.uk/luba-awd-5000-review/

Thanks
Mark
