Hi Mark,
I bought a WR303E after watching your review and found it easy to setup and have let it do its own thing in terms of mapping. It has worked faultlessly so far apart from leaving a bit of a border around the edges much as expected.
I therefore purchased the Cut to Edge module which arrived today and was simple to fit following the instructions. I was surprised that the instructions only covered the fitting. I expected the module to be recognised and show in the app but nothing changed. I set the mower to carry out an edge routing and when it completed the mow it was not apparent that the module had actually been used. There were virtually no grass cuttings visible on the module when I lifted it to check.
Do you think I have missed something or have I got a faulty device. Looking for more info on the Worx site I could only find a “manual’ which is just the safety info in something like 30 languages.

Hi Alan,

Thanks for reaching out. I don't actually have the Cut to Zero module here to test myself, but I would definitely expect to see some sort of notification or setting change within the app once it's installed.

I will contact Worx directly to find out exactly how it should behave and if there's a specific step you're missing, and I'll get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
