Lawnmaster 10 keeps coming out of cradle and goes straight back in.

Hi hope you can help.
My lawnmaster 10 (Cleva) which i bought in 2020 has been working great. However, when i put in the code to release the mower from the cradle, the mover starts to come out then it all of sudden goes back in. I have checked the boundry wires and they are fine, What could be causing this to happen? I have never had this issue before.

I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer (Cleva) for support with this issue. Since it's a specific technical problem with the docking behavior that's recently developed, they'll be best placed to diagnose what's causing the mower to reverse back into the cradle and provide the right troubleshooting steps or repair options.
