Location of docking station for the LawnMaster L10

Lawnmower Question Selection Tool

I have found your videos very useful. I have two questions if I may.

On the set up video you show the docking station fitted along the length of the guide wire. Does the docking station have to run along the line of the wire or can it be perpendicular? If this is possible, how should the wires be laid to and from it?

I have a single row of pavers 200mm wide all around the lawn at the same height as the lawn in the hope that it will act to achieve a neat mowing edge with no need for strimming. I currently run one wheel of the push mower along the pavers to achieve a neat cut without the need to strim. When setting up the L10 would the guide wire still need to be 300mm from the outer edge of the pavers or can it be laid along the inner edge of the pavers so the wheels of the mower can run along the pavers?

I very much look forward to receiving you advice.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Hi thank you for your positive feedback. With regard to the positioning of the charge station, it will need to go along the line of the wire and can't be turned perpendicular. With regard to the positioning of the guide wire, I would go in a little closer at 20 cm, if you are sure the pavers are level or lower. When the mower does it edge cut it will staddle the perimeter wire to cut closer to the edge. Please let me know how you get on, thanks Mark
