Regarding your questions: Using the Mammotion Luba 2 AWD 3000X at different locations, such as near Milton Keynes and your holiday home in Cornwall, is generally not straightforward. The mower relies on a detailed GPS map (RTK mapping) of the area it’s working on. You cannot have two separate maps stored simultaneously, so you would need to remap the lawn each time you move the mower to a different location. Additionally, if the RTK base station is moved or set up differently, you would also need to remap to ensure accuracy. If the two locations were within about 3-5 km of each other, it might be more feasible, but with a large distance like Milton Keynes to Cornwall, it’s not idea or feasible. Robotic mowers like this model are designed to mow frequently and maintain a lawn rather than tackle long, overgrown grass. Taking the mower to Cornwall and trying to cut long grass after a period of no mowing would likely not work well. The lawn would need to be cut first (to around 60mm) first using a traditional mower. Also, regarding edge cutting, no robotic mower can cut completely right up to the edge unless it has an even border it can straddle. Since you have flower beds without hard edging, the mower may leave a small strip uncut near the borders. I don't have a garage for my Luba mini, and it get very dusty and covered in bird poo so I need to clean the camera on a regular basis. My neighbour has my Luba AWD (I have the Luba Mini) and it is performing well and doing a great job, he absolutely loves it.
