Regarding my lawn, I am actually struggling with it at the moment due to ants and suspected chafer grubs, as I now have some bare patches. I do scarify and fertilise in the spring and autumn, but it is a constant battle; however, the recent rain and sun are definitely helping! In terms of the worm casts, the Luba 2 wheels are generally very resilient, but you may need to check and clear them occasionally if the lawn is very wet and the casts are particularly heavy to ensure they keep turning freely.
