Poor internet signal.

Poor internet signal.

I am thinking of installing a Luba 2 for my 1 acre garden. My wifi signal does not cover most of the lawns but the 4G signal is 3 out of 4 bars. The most convenient charging point is by the greenhouse which is outside the range of the wifi. Can I run the mower on 4G including downloading programmes to keep the machine up to date and roughly what does it cost to purchase and maintain the sim card? Many thanks.

Yes, the Luba 2 can run fully on 4G including firmware updates and remote control. With 3/4 bars signal strength, you should have excellent coverage for your 1-acre setup. The Mammotion 4G service costs around £50 per year, which is very reasonable for year-round connectivity and peace of mind. This will handle all operations, updates, and app control without needing WiFi at all - perfect for your greenhouse charging location. Links below -
