Hi, Yes you can upgrade the firmware using a USB stick. In theory you should be able to use the mower without WIFI, but I tried it on my neighbours lawn with no WIFI and we had issues with scheduling and the mower just stopping. This was very early when the mower was released, so it may be better now with several firmware updates. I will get this mower out again in the next couple of weeks and upgrade. I will then test again to see what the improvements have been.

Is there anyway you could push the WIFI out to the lawn area?
