| Private answer Hi, I actually ran into the same issue — the plug is quite bulky. In the end, I had to run mine into my shed, as it was too big to allow most outdoor sockets to fully close properly. I haven’t found an external socket that comfortably takes it without needing a waterproof box, so that’s probably the most reliable option if you want to keep things properly sealed.
