I’m seriously considering buying the Yuka Mini and wonder without the hidden wiring will the mower cope with the 5 flower beds I have within my lawn? Also my lawn is around 500 sq mts but would the 800 machine be a better buy?

Yes, the Yuka Mini robotic mower will definitely be able to handle your lawn with flower beds. One of its key advantages is the ability to set up virtual "no-go zones" through the companion app without needing to install physical boundary wires. You can simply mark your five flower beds as protected areas, and the mower will intelligently navigate around them while maintaining the rest of your lawn.

For a 500 square meter lawn, the Yuka Mini should be sufficient, but upgrading to the 800 model might be worth considering for a couple of reasons. The 800 offers longer battery life, which means fewer charging cycles and more efficient mowing of larger areas.
