Yuka Robot Lawnmower Edge Cutting?

Yuka Robot Lawnmower Edge Cutting?

0

I am interested in a YUKA Robot mower However I was wondering how close it cuts to the edge and how it copes with; a) Grass up to brick walls and b) Grass edges where the edge drops away to a curb or a flower bed.
Can you provide any insight please?

Generally speaking, most robot mowers, including the YUKA, leave a gap of around 10-15cm from walls and edges, which means you'll likely need to strim those areas manually.

Since the YUKA is GPS/RTK-guided, you have more flexibility with drop-offs - you can map closer to the edge, though there's always a trade-off between minimizing manual trimming and the risk of the mower going over. That said, the YUKA has accurate navigation, so this hasn't been an issue for me in terms of concern.
